These ministries model Christ’s concern for people, both individually and collectively in communities. Members of this ministries feel called to deal with the needs and concerns of persons beyond the congregation, relating the ministry of the Church to the needs of the world through compassion and advocacy.
Evangelism Ministry
The ministry coordinates and promotes the gospel of Jesus Christ through evangelism. This is accomplished through efforts such as tract distribution, door-to-door visitation, Good Neighbor Sabbath services, and other outreach events.
Food Pantry Ministry
This ministry provides food items to members of the community who require assistance. The Pantry is open on Sundays (5:00PM - 6:00PM) and Wednesdays (11:00AM - 1:00PM). Click here for more information.
Nursing Home/Hospice Ministry
This ministry serves to meet the social and spiritual needs of residents at nursing homes, hospices, and other care facilities. Members of the ministry team encourage worship, prayer, and sharing of God's Word on an individual and group basis.
Sick & Shut-In Ministry
The Sick and Shut-In Ministry's purpose is to help meet the spiritual needs of members, and others, who are unable to attend Church services. The ministry fulfills this goal through prayer, visitations, or telephone calls designed to comfort, enlighten, inform, encourage, and strengthen those in need.
