SOUTHEAST ATLANTA Seventh Day Baptist CHURCH

TEACHING MINISTRY
Ministry Head: Deacon Marvin Fuller

Our Teaching Ministry is committed to faithfully communicating God’s Word with clarity and relevance. Through preaching, classes, and group studies, we seek to help people understand Scripture, apply it to daily life, and grow in spiritual maturity.

Bible Study

Bible Study is a cornerstone of effective Christian education at Southeast Atlanta. These studies are held on Saturday afternoons and Wednesday nights and cater to various age groups. They are designed to equip believers with the tools they need to grow spiritually and mature in their walk with Christ. Through Bible study, members of the church community can deepen their understanding of scripture and build a stronger foundation for their faith.
Children's Ministry

Our Children's Ministry is dedicated to sharing the love of Christ with children in our church and community. Our activities and events are designed to challenge children to grow in their faith and understand the importance of serving others and living a life that honors God. Through our programs, we strive to provide a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn about God and develop a deeper relationship with Him. We invite you to bring your children and be a part of our community.

Christian Education Committee

The Christian Education Committee is dedicated to developing and promoting Christian education within the church. The committee's primary goal is to help members and visitors deepen their understanding and application of God's Word. By providing a comprehensive curriculum, the Christian Education Committee equips students with practical knowledge that can guide and direct their daily lives.

Senior's Afternoon Bible Study

The seniors meet weekly on Zoom every Tuesday from 1:30-3:00 pm for an in-depth study of the Word. Participants of all ages are welcome to join. (Zoom ID 949 292 5147).
During the session, the group explores the daily devotion from the Helping Hand Sabbath School study guide, engaging in meaningful conversations and sharing insights. The group offers a warm and welcoming community where individuals can connect with others and enhance their knowledge of the Bible. Those interested in learning more about the group can contact Dea. Gaye and are encouraged to participate in the next session.
